lienvietgreen.com introduces the products and services of LIEN VIET GREEN and accepts inquiries, callback requests and quotation requests. It currently has no cart, online ordering or online payment. Inquiries and any resulting transactions are subject to the parties' agreement and applicable law, including Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights No. 19/2023/QH15 where the transaction falls within its scope.
1. Website information
Images, descriptions, indicative specifications and service information help visitors assess our offering. They do not by themselves create an order or a delivery commitment. Product specifications, quantity, quality, price, tax, shipping costs and delivery dates are confirmed in an individual quotation or contract accepted by the parties.
2. Inquiries and transactions
Submitting a contact or callback form begins a conversation; it does not oblige the sender to buy anything. If the parties proceed with a transaction, payment, delivery, returns and non-conforming goods are governed by the relevant accepted quotation, order or contract.
3. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Where a distance transaction falls under Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights, the rights in Article 38 apply when its statutory conditions are met; it does not grant an unconditional 30-day cancellation right for every transaction.
