LIEN VIET GREEN uses this website to introduce its products and services and receive inquiries. We handle personal data under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP and other applicable law.

1. Information we receive

  • Detailed inquiry form: name, company or shop, email address, phone number, service of interest and message.
  • Callback form: phone number, name if provided, preferred calling time and the page being viewed.
  • Technical information needed to operate and protect the site and check for spam, such as IP address and browser information processed by our website infrastructure.

Please do not enter identity document numbers, bank account details, health information or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

To improve content and usability, the site records interactions with articles, contact links and form submission status. These analytics contain page paths, broad traffic source and device categories, language and action type; they do not contain form contents, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or full referring URLs. Article attribution is held temporarily in browser session storage and clears when the tab is closed. Event data in Cloudflare Analytics Engine is retained for up to three months.

2. Why and how we use it

We use the information to answer inquiries, arrange calls or cupping visits, discuss requested products and quotations, handle resulting transactions, protect forms from spam and meet legal obligations where applicable. Form submissions are sent to our team by email. The detailed inquiry form also sends a confirmation email to the sender.

We may use contact details for later news, product updates or offers only when the sender separately selects the optional updates box. Declining updates does not affect our response to the current inquiry. You may ask us to stop such messages through our Contact page.

3. Who may receive it

Assigned Lien Viet Green staff handle inquiries. Providers of website hosting, spam protection and email delivery may process the information needed for those services. If an order is delivered, necessary delivery details may be shared with a carrier. We may also disclose information to a competent authority where required by law. We do not sell personal data submitted through our forms.

4. Retention and protection

Form submissions reach a work mailbox for assigned staff. Retention depends on the time needed to handle the inquiry, manage any resulting transaction and comply with applicable recordkeeping duties; no single fixed period applies to all information. We restrict access and protect transmissions in a manner appropriate to the systems used. If a personal-data incident occurs, we respond and notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

5. Your rights

You may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent and exercise other rights under the Law on Personal Data Protection. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests may be limited by legal recordkeeping duties or the rights of others. Submit requests through our Contact page; we will respond under applicable legal time limits.
