The Central Highlands focuses more on Robusta production than Arabica. Especially, DakLak of the Central Highlands produces 500,000 tons of Robusta per year.

Commercial Robusta Coffee originates from predominantly cultivated regions in Dak Lak, situated in the heart of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Being known for its strong-bold flavor profile and robust bean structure, Robusta is often utilized in crafting espresso blends and instant coffee products.

With its suitable climate and soil conditions, the Robusta coffee-growing region in Dak Lak yields high-quality coffee beans, delivering a unique tasting experience for coffee enthusiasts.”
