2019 Year

Previously was Lien Viet Agricultural Company, our businesses involved in commercial trading, distribution of Vietnam agriculture products, which mainly focus on coffee.

2020: Started Distributing Specialty Coffee

PThe company name changed to Lien Viet Green Company Limited, to show our intention toward green and sustainability development in coffee’s value chain and eco-system. We co-operated directly with coffee farms and households, signed offtake agreements, distributed packed and grinded coffee to markets..

With our expertise and knowledge in Specialty coffee, we continuously improve and control coffee quality in each stage: from growing, processing to production. These to make sure of the best quality for our products.

From 2021: Introduced Steeped Coffee product -Convenient Coffee Bags

We are proud to introduce or first Steeped Coffee, as well as the first of its kind in Vietnam. The product is made from Specialty green bean coffee, with improving quality control from growth areas. Our Steeped Coffee products received good and positive feedbacks from our customers.

2021 — Building the Foundation of Vietnamese Coffee Excellence

Established an integrated Office & Coffee House Complex in Hanoi — a creative hub connecting coffee enthusiasts and professionals.

Launched our own Coffee Production & Packaging Facility in Hanoi to ensure full control over quality and supply of green coffee and roasted coffee products.

2022 — Pioneering Vietnamese Specialty Coffee Export

Officially entered the field of Vietnam coffee export.

Became the first Vietnamese company to export Vietnamese Specialty Coffee through formal trade channels to the Chinese market — opening new opportunities for Vietnamese coffee growers and producers.

2023 — Strengthening Global Coffee Partnerships

Expanded international trade networks and built deeper partnerships.

Conducted trade promotion activities and business development with the Yangtze River Coffee Association (China), Chongqing Coffee Association, and various other coffee trade organizations — helping to promote Vietnamese coffee exports and foster new collaborations.

Journey of Seeking Answers

Over the years, I have carried countless questions in my heart and gradually embarked on a journey to find the answers. ” Vietnam has long been known on the world coffee map for its abundant Robusta production, consistently ranking as the world’s second-largest coffee producer ”

Yet, the quality of Vietnamese coffee has yet to gain the recognition it truly deserves on the international stage.

Farmers and Their Struggles

Along this journey, I met many Vietnamese coffee farmers — humble, hardworking people with heavy hearts. In their pursuit of quantity, many families chose to cut down their coffee trees and replace them with fruit crops. For many first-generation (F1) coffee-growing families, faith in the future faded as they struggled to adapt to the rapid transformations sweeping through the global coffee industry. With limited access to knowledge and resources, poor farmers were left behind — unable to keep pace with the growing wave of Specialty Coffee around the world.

A Painful Paradox

While the world now treasures every drop of Specialty Coffee, in many parts of Vietnam, people still consume blended coffee — mixed with corn, okra, spices, even salt. This troubling reality weighs on me deeply and compels me to take action.
