This coffee carries a gentle aroma of raw Pu-erh tea, harmoniously blended with citrusy notes reminiscent of the northern highland forests. The natural fermentation and honey processing methods help preserve the deep, inherent sweetness of the Golden Catuai coffee cherries.
ACE 100% Specialty Arabica Coffee is crafted from the rare Catuai variety, whose cherries turn golden yellow when ripe. This unique variety is among the few remaining heirloom coffee strains still grown in select regions of Vietnam, including Điện Biên.
Golden Catuai cherries offer a distinctive fragrance of Arabica Typica and a well-balanced sweet-acidity profile. Their flavor truly shines when brewed manually using hand-drip methods such as V60 or Kalita. When cold brewed, the coffee reveals deeper, more mellow layers of aroma and taste.
This coffee was awarded in the Vietnam Amazing Cup 2024 — the national specialty coffee competition — recognizing it as a distinguished Vietnamese specialty coffee.
